Balance wide scenes and small details in a wedding album

Designing a wedding photo album involves rhythm between people, setting and small details. First decide which moments need a full view and which can share a page. Use saved dated records to select the scenes, then inspect the automatic layout before making manual adjustments. A ring detail, a ceremony image and a wide group photograph have different space requirements; treating each as the same square can obscure what matters.

Fictional composition example

In this fictional example, a couple puts a wide scene early in the book, follows it with two preparation details and gives one ceremony photograph more room. Their own note describes the transition between events. They omit several nearly identical poses so the layout alternates naturally between broad and close views.

  1. Identify the scene types and select records that cover preparation, ceremony and time together.
  2. Compare the automatic page arrangement with each photograph’s subject; adjust crops and text positions manually.
  3. Inspect faces at page edges and read the transitions in the downloaded PDF before treating the design as finished.
Should every wedding photo be the same size?

No. A wide group, a ceremony scene and a ring detail may need different amounts of space to remain understandable.

How can I reduce repeated poses?

Keep the views that add a new stage or detail, then inspect the selected book for repetitions. Unselected original records remain separate.

What should I inspect in the wedding PDF?

Check faces near page edges and read the notes between events. Adjust photos and text in the book if the sequence is unclear, then download again.
