Make a school memory book about one project or event

A school memory book should document an experience rather than present itself as an official school record. Pick a project, term or celebration and use your own photos and notes to explain participation. Keep names and sensitive details out of the example, and distinguish a personal recollection from a verified statement about another person. Date and tag searches help locate the saved records for the chosen period.

Fictional composition example

In this fictional example, a student records the making of a model bridge. The book shows the first attempt, a revision and the finished model, with a note about what the student changed. It does not invent marks, teacher comments or classmates’ experiences. The stages become pages with different jobs, rather than repeated portraits.

  1. Define the project or event and search saved records that show its beginning, changes and outcome.
  2. Select evidence of the process, create the book and manually balance a close-up with an explanatory note.
  3. Check that the story is your own and that the PDF has readable captions; remove unnecessary identifying information before sharing.
Is this an official school record?

No. The book uses your selected photos and personal notes, rather than verified grades, endorsements or school records.

What can I show besides a finished project?

Use a first attempt, a change and an outcome when your stored records show them. Explain what you did in your own words.

How do I handle classmates in photos?

Review the intended sharing scope and the people shown. Remove unnecessary identifying information before sharing your book.
